Possible config entries of the OPC A&E server

This page describes the possible config entries concerning the WinCC OA OPC A&E server. The entries have to be added to the [opcaesrv] section.

The following table contains the possible config entries as well as a short description.

Only one WinCC OA OPC A&E server can exist in a WinCC OA system. This server has the fix name "AEServer1". This entry has to be set in the config file.

Defines the highest hierarchy of the item tree. Thereby, "DPT" means that the highest hierarchy is the data point type, for "DP" the highest level is the data point. This value should be set for a project only once, before the configuration.
